& Warping

Every quality fabric begins with precise yarn preparation. Our Benninger Sectional Warping System accurately aligns individual yarns under controlled tension to create warp beams that form the foundation of the weaving process.

To further improve weaving performance, our in-house sizing facility applies a carefully controlled starch coating that strengthens the warp yarns, reducing breakage and ensuring smoother, more efficient weaving. Since installing our sizing machine in 2014, AsiaTex has achieved greater consistency, improved loom efficiency, and enhanced fabric quality.

By managing both warping and sizing in-house, we maintain greater control over one of the most critical stages of textile manufacturing.
